Designed to help you strengthen your mental fitness

The Positive Intelligence program is based on the latest research in positive psychology, cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and performance science. It is designed to help you strenghten your “Positive Intelligence Quotient” (PQ),which measures the relative strength of your positive versus negative mental muscles.

How does it work?

The PQ Program consists of a 7-week online course that includes daily exercises, video lessons, and coaching support. During the program, you will learn how to identify and overcome the 10 “Saboteurs” – the voices in your head that generate negative emotions when you handle life’s challenges. You will also learn how to activate your “Sage” – the part of your brain that is associated with positive emotions, creativity, and wisdom.
